Convert transitions data frame into an hgraph matrix, given all the hypothesis names, with transition weights evaluated.

Usage

df2graph(namesH, df)

Arguments

namesH

Hypothesis names.

df

Input data frame of transitions.

Value

An hgraph matrix.
